How To Order

You've made your selection and now you’re ready to place your order. It's at this point that EPC really separates itself from others. For starters, our standard delivery is better than most other companies' "special" delivery. We have also assembled a truly outstanding team of professionals dedicated to making the order process smooth and painless. And, we offer a choice of ordering methods to meet your individual needs.

Distribution Network - Local Sales, Service and Support
EPC products are available from an extensive network of select Distribution Partners located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. Offering a wide range of value-added services, these of highly-skilled and knowledgeable professionals can assist with the proper selection, integration and installation of your Accu-Coder™ and related automation components.

In addition, only our Distributor Partners are authorized to provide Next Day Express and Expedited Delivery services, as well as special programs tailored to meet the needs of our OEM customers.

Online Ordering
Many of our most popular configurations are available for immediate credit card purchase through our online storefront, www.encoderoutlet.com.

Delivery
EPC's Standard Delivery for normal quantities is 4 to 6 working days (not weeks like most other companies) after receipt of order. If you are in a "down" situation, or need something quicker for other reasons, ask about Expedite or No Charge Express Service.

Expedite Service
Expedited units are shipped out in less than normal delivery (one, two, or, three days), and, under certain conditions, can be shipped out the same day. Quantities may be limited, not all configurations are available, and extra fees will apply that depend on the level of expediting needed. Please contact Customer Service if you are interested in this Service.

No Charge Express Service
For most product configurations, a single unit may ship the following day, free of any expedite charge. The order must be received at EPC before 1:30 p.m. Pacific time, and must be confirmed by EPC's Customer Service Department. Please keep this in mind if ordering through a Distributor Partner.
