Direct Replacement Encoders

REO 444 Style - The DR738 is designed to replace traditional Tacho style feedback devices. Typically replaces encoders from Hubner, Baumer, Tekel, etc. Many additional options available with the DR738.

Heidenhain* ROD320 - The DR735 is a drop in replacement for the ROD320 encoder on Siemens* 1FT Series Simodrive* motors. Enhanced features include a "Stay In Place" tapered shaft.

Siemens 1XP8001 - The DR686 is a drop in replacement for the Siemens 1XP8001 encoder. The unique threaded shaft made this encoder hard to find, but now it is a standard order at EPC.

DRC 29L - The DR651 is a direct replacement encoder for the DRC 29L used for harsh industrial environments such as machine tools and robotics. Available with a variety of CPR’s and two connector orientations.

Dynapar H23 - The DR580 is a direct replacement encoder used on Magnetek Vector/Invertor Motors. Available with CPR’s of 1024 or 2048 and two connector options, this DR is a superior replacement option.

Dynapar Rotopulser Series 60 - The DR553 is a direct replacement encoder used on Ink Jet printers, cut to length applications, motor drive speed feedback, and a variety of other applications.

Quantum ATL P3000 Storage System - The DR425 is a direct replacement for the encoder (ATL6310783-01) used on the ATL P3000. EPC originally manufactured these encoders so an exact match is no problem.

Microcut Controller - Perfecta Printing Press - The DR274 is a direct replacement for the encoder used with the Microcut Controller. EPC originally manufactured these encoders so an exact match is no problem.

Videojet Printer - The DR323 is a common encoder used on legacy Marsh Videojet printers. The encoder is currently sold by Videojet as a kit for Patrion Plus, Overture, Encore, and M8000 ink jet printers.

BEI EX152 - The DR011 is the smart direct replacement choice for the BEI EX152 encoder commonly used on postal sorting equipment, baggage systems, and packaging/conveying equipment.
